Brighton Police Programs

Neighborhood/Community Watch Program
The Neighborhood/Community Watch Program is a crime prevention program that enlists the aid and participation of the citizens to reduce crime in their neighborhoods. Neighborhood Associations, or groups interested in this program, should contact the Brighton Police Department.

Children's Fingerprint Identification and Photo
Children's Fingerprint Identification and Photo services for children are available upon request by a parent or guardian or during special events.

Home Security Checks
Citizens may request police officers to check their home if they plan to be away for an extended period of time. To request this service you may either come by the Police Department and fill out the appropriate form, or click here for a printable form which you can complete and mail to the Police Department.

School Career Day
The Brighton Police Department will have a booth set up at each of the schools on Career Day.

Traffic Safety Program
Brighton Police Department will be participating in several Traffic Safety Programs in conjunction with the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation and the Tennessee Governers Highway Safety Office.  Some programs includes the enforcement of seatbelt usage and enforcement of driving under the influence laws.
